What is self-love — and why is it so essential to the health of our dreams? In this grounding and gratitude-forward series, we’ll explore the power of the longest and most important relationship in your life — your relationship with yourself! Led by Kyira Wackett, licensed mental health therapist, speaker and founder of Adversity Rising, this five-session course will challenge you to go beyond surface-level self-care to design deeply authentic habits that support your wellbeing and activate your natural abilities to pursue your brightest and boldest possibilities. From overcoming shame, negative self-talk and the constant push for productivity, to clarifying your identity and creating space for self-forgiveness, Kyira will empower you with a robust, real-world toolkit of strategies to lift your dreams through the transformative power of self-love.
Registrants will receive a welcome email prior to the start of the series with Zoom links for each of the five upcoming virtual sessions. Because of the focused, workshop-style of the series, these sessions will not be recorded for future viewing; participants are encouraged to reserve time to attend most/all of the sessions in real time.
