Sheffield is a living organism, not a machine. For the last month, we have been heads-down building the Seven Hills ecosystem: a digital trust network designed to help good neighbours find each other and collaborate on the projects that make our streets feel like home.

But the technology is just the map. The real territory is us, sitting in a room together.
