About this Event
Join Sabrina of Kanekshun for an evening devoted to love in all its forms, the love we give, the love we receive, and the love we are learning to offer ourselves. Love Frequency is a gentle, reflective Galentine’s experience designed to soften the heart, quiet the mind, and create emotional clarity. We will begin with a guided meditation exploring love beyond romance, friendship, self-compassion, connection, and belonging. From there, sink into a deeply nourishing sound bath, layered with group Reiki offered alongside Kia, allowing the nervous system to relax and the heart space to open.
The evening closes with an intimate letter-writing ritual a chance to express gratitude, forgiveness, or intention and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and held.
