Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to be a transformative and supportive journey — helping you grow your personal practice, gain confidence as a teacher, and connect with a heart-centered community.
Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.
📅 Program Details
Start Date: July 23, 2026
Graduation Date: November 22, 2026
Format: Program meeting on Thursday evenings (7-9pm) starting July 23 and 1-2 select weekends (9:00-5:30pm) per month. Most of the training is in studio, with a small number of credit hours offered online through recordings and independent study assignments to help practitioners develop an at home practice. The graduation ceremony/potluck will be on Sunday, November 22, 2026
