Lore 001: The Secrets Edition
Lore is a physical magazine—and a party machine. Our first edition is all about SECRETS, and it’s the product of 10+ writers, 5 designers, 2 photographers, and many other community members.
We created it to share work from our talented friends, and to throw a sick launch party. This is that party, and you’re invited!
So mark May 4th. You’ll get space to hang with friends (old and new), a copy of the zine, and some chaotic programming to rot your brain.
THE PLAN:
6:00: Reception.
Come hang, the space is cute.
7:00: #BOSSBABE Screening
We'll screen director Kassy Gascho's hilarious short film - about a M**der in a makeup MLM. (It rocks.)
7:20: Introducing Lore 001
We’ll quickly intro the zine, and why we led with the creative theme of secrets.
7:45: Spill Your Secret
Think Powerpoint Night, but totally fucked. Margherita Brighton, Lubaba Gemma and Jibril Yassin will all take into a secret of theirs—and we’ll vote on the juiciest one.
8:15: Live Show
Friends-of-the-mag and very talented indie rockers TV Dog will take the stage.
9:00 - 11:00: Reception II
We’ll hang out more. It’s an open space. :)
