About this Event
Longevity Motion Zen originated when Grandmaster Bodhidharma observed that practitioners spent too much time in stillness and too little in motion, leading to physical weakness and frequent illness. To address this, he taught this extraordinary practice at the Shaolin Temple to help monks cultivate health and strengthen their bodies.
These classes involve movement exercises focused on physical health and inner energy, making them ideal for those interested in motion Zen practice.
