“The London Lions Foundation and Academy are collaborating to offer the next generation of London ballers (12-16 Years Old) the opportunity to learn how to play ‘The Lions Way’. Participants will get to experience the ‘London Lions Academy principles of play’ through a ‘repetition without repetition’ approach. What this means is that participants will be encouraged to explore and make mistakes, as this is viewed as a critical part of the learning process in Academy practices. Likewise, players will be exposed to multiple situations through a small-sided games approach rather than traditional basketball drills. The goal of our clinics is to create a fun-learning environment which maximises player development, exploration, communication skills and most importantly - enjoyment.”
Tickets can be purchased for the upcoming Easter, May and Summer Holidays 2024. Dates for October Half Term and Christmas will be added in due course.
