We are delighted to invite you to our half-day GP CME Educational conference, "Cleveland

Clinic Connect: Innovations and Interface with Primary Care," taking place on Thursday, May

2nd, 2024. The event promises to deliver valuable insights into multi-specialty education

exclusively for registered GPs and other AHPs.

Objectives:

This course is aimed at GPs and AHPs, to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to

recognise and treat various common conditions and update on the latest management

changes relating to these conditions, how to manage in primary care and when to refer.

1. Propose and identify the knowledge and skills necessary to recognise various common

conditions with a focus on the diagnosis of headaches, migraines, blackouts and the

management of diabetes and obesity.

2. Recognise the options and treatments available for managing a patient with one of these

conditions in a primary care setting.

3. Highlight and describe the latest management changes relating to these conditions,

specifically the advances in the treatment of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
