Use meditation, breath, and gentle yogic movement as we open ourselves up to growth duringthis sacred part of life.
Dress comfortably, bring your mat, and a journal and writing utensil.
Yve is a Certified Greif Educator, a Certified Yoga Teacher, and a member of the Samadhi community.
She has also had a long career in Learning and Organizational Development.
After the death of her husband in 2019, she started a blog on grief, life and living called My Heart is Riding Shotgun. She has been facilitating a peer grief support group for two years and is a Certified Grief Educator through David
Kessler, Grief Expert and Author.
