In this powerful in-person workshop, we’ll explore how trauma responses and the nervous system influence your daily life—and how you can begin shifting from unconscious survival patterns to intentional, empowered choices,


This experience combines trauma-informed education and somatic nervous system practices to help you reconnect with your body, increase awareness, and build tools for real change.


What You’ll LearnDuring this workshop you will:


Identify common trauma responses such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Understand how unconscious patterns influence your behaviors and decisions. Learn how your nervous system impacts stress, safety, and connection. Practice somatic exercises that support nervous system regulation. Build awareness that allows you to move from reaction to conscious choice. Begin shifting from survival mode to a more grounded way of living.

This is an interactive and supportive workshop that includes:

Nichelle Kitt, MSW:

Nichelle specializes in nervous system and somatic work that helps individuals reconnect with their bodies and develop greater emotional regulation, resilience, and internal safety.


Taneshia Johnson, MSW:

Tanesha supports individuals in understanding how trauma responses shape their lives, relationships, and decision-making patterns. Her work focuses on helping people develop deeper self-awareness and compassion so they can begin making more conscious choices.


Together, they bring a powerful combination of education and embodied practice to support personal transformation.
