🌿 Free Weekly Meditation Workshop & LunchStarts Saturday, Jan 31st • 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Join us for a unique 12-week workshop series designed especially for beginners who want to discover the benefits of meditation in daily life.
Each Saturday begins with a free vegetarian lunch at 12:30pm, followed by an engaging, interactive handson session from 1:15–2:30/2:45pm.
