Local guitarist Eitan Muir delivers his mind-bending original jazz/rock project, channeling dark emo-inspired melodies with a unique compositional style and delicate electric guitar tone. Featuring the incomparable Huw Charles-Walsh on drums and Joel Fox on electric bass, the Eitan Muir Concept create the perfect moody ambience for your Friday night.
Eitan Muir is a guitarist and composer based in the Blue Mountains. Originally from Sydney, he was a founding member of jazz quintet Anoesis - 2MBS Fine Music Jazz Artists-In-Residence 2021; ‘Best Band’ in Bucharest International Jazz Competition 2019, and also held a duo residency with writer and musician Annabelle Riger Bregovic at The Old School, Mt Wilson in 2022. He completed his Bachelor of Music with Honours (Class I) in 2020 and received the University Medal in Creative Practice from UNSW Sydney.
Eitan will be performing in trio format with Huw Charles-Walsh and Joel Fox.
