𑁍 SUITABLE IS FOR EVERYBODY 𑁍
▪️ There are no age limits, flexibility or strength requirements and you do not have to be experienced in yoga practice.
▪️ If you are pregnant, please inform us in advance so that the retreat is safe for you and your baby.

SARKA PECHOVA is a fully certified and experienced Yoga teacher.
▪️ 200 hrs YTT at BML, Sydney, Australia
▪️ 300 hrs advanced YTT at AYM, Rishikesh, India
▪️ 50 hrs Yin Yoga YTT at Sukha Mukha, Sydney, Australia
▪️ 20 hrs Pranayama YTT at Ashtak Yoga
▪️ Additional training with various schools and teachers (Katie Rose, Barbora Hu, Persia Juliet and others), practising regularly since 2011
▪️ teaching Yoga since 2017
▪️ Sarka has WCHChesk, is a certified 1st Aider and is insured

▪️ Yoga mat, a blanket and a Yoga block (If you need us to provide any or all of it, just let us know in the registration form! :)
▪️ Water bottle
▪️ Comfortable Yoga clothes and indoor shoes
▪️ Warm clothes for outdoor practice
▪️ Swimsuit and 2 towels for sauna

𑁍 FAQ 𑁍
I have a Food Allergy:
▶ No worries, we’ve got you. Simply let us know your dietary or allergy restrictions in the registration form.
I am on my own. Is it OK?
▶ It is! It may feel daunting in the beginning, but many people come on their own. We will make sure you are well looked after and not lonely. :) We also speak both Czech and English and you are welcome any time to come and have a chat with us. We are a low-key, down-to-earth retreat.
I have health limitations.
▶ As long as you have clearance from your doctor, you are welcome to join us. If you are still not sure, do not hesitate to call us. We are more than happy to give you our opinion on whether this retreat is a good option for you. (Note: We do not offer a treatment of any kind.)
I am pregnant.
▶ You are very welcome as long as your doctor gives you approval and you listen to your body. Sarka is certified to guide Pregnant students in a regular class and she also had a baby herself and practised throughout her pregnancy so she can share her experience with you.
