***Please be sure to book tickets using this link: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/sharmanka/t-vxvanezAfter several years of outlaw activity in Glasgow's underground music scene The Rotations fall out of a coconut tree with a new album called “Gung Ho” and launch it at Sharmanka amidst Eduard Bersudsky’s marvellous mechanical sculptures.
If you meld Joe Meek-esque beats with off-kilter Harry Partch anti-melodies, you will arrive at their unique blend of junkyard cacophony. Always an experience to behold in a live performance, The Rotations have been likened to everything from the Magic Band, The Fall, Eden Abhez, Tom Waits, The Bad Seeds and the Mos Eisley Band from Star Wars!
Singles “The Cat that got the cream” and “As the Crow flies” give us a hint of what’s to come; the album comes out on the LNFG Cartel on Friday 13th March, fittingly.

The music event will be followed by a mini performance of Sharmanka's kinetic artworks. There are a limited number of tickets to fill this intimate space, so if you want to be there, the soundest advice is to book early!
