Live Fusion — Esports & Music Festival is a planned esports and live music event scheduled to take place on 23rd May 2026 at Arena Torquay. The event is intended to be Torbay’s first festival-style experience combining competitive esports, Gaming, live music, and student-led production.

The central feature of the event is the Radiant Rumble 2026, the third annual Collegiate Valorant Tournament, which is expected to bring together colleges from Swindon, Weston-Super-Mare, Exeter, Teignmouth, Torbay, and Exeter to compete in live matches. The tournament is planned to be broadcast by students, with contributions from invited industry guests and on-air talent, subject to availability.

In addition to the esports competition, Live Fusion is planned to include a programme of live music performances, featuring South Devon College student bands and acts. These performances are intended to run alongside the esports activity to create a festival-style environment within the venue.

The event is designed to be planned, delivered, and produced by higher education students from Esports and Music disciplines. Students are expected to be involved across a range of roles, including event planning, tournament operations, broadcast production, technical support, performance, marketing, and social media management, providing a realistic, industry-aligned learning experience.

Live Fusion is intended to be live-streamed online, subject to technical and operational considerations, and promoted through multiple social media platforms in advance of the event. With free tickets and a high-capacity venue, the event aims to encourage public attendance and community engagement while showcasing student work and emerging talent.
