About this Event
A special family screening celebrating imagination, creativity, and the power of storytelling through children’s eyes.
Taking place at the iconic Puppet Theatre Barge, London’s beloved floating puppet theatre, this unique event brings together a joyful programme of short films made by young filmmakers aged 6–12, alongside selections from Into Film, the UK’s leading charity for children and young people in film.
Bursting with humour, adventure, and heartfelt moments, these films offer fresh perspectives on the world — from animated tales and folklore to imaginative adventures and stories about friendship, technology, and discovering your own voice.
In addition to the short film showcase, the afternoon will also include a special children’s feature film screening (title to be announced).
Perfect for families, young film lovers, and curious minds, the Kids Showcase celebrates the next generation of storytellers and invites audiences to experience the magic of cinema together.
