Our Sunday yoga classes are the perfect way to end your weekend with some gentle stretches and calming breathwork. Afterward, you can explore the local farmers market right next to the church for some fresh produce and homemade goodies.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, water, a smile, and some friends! Class is free, but donations are welcome!
