Then join us after your lunch break at the Ocean room studio at 1pm where our healing workshops begin. As you arrive, enjoy a refreshing mocktail and enjoy the stunning ocean views of Miami Beach.
For those who have just purchased tickets for the workshop, meet us at the Ocean room starting at 1pm for a guided yoga session and breathwork led by experienced instructor Jeanne , guiding you through poses that promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
After yoga, indulge in the serene practice of hypnosis meditation with intention Hypnotherapist , as Joanne guides you allowing yourself to let go of stress and connect with your higher self. In the afternoon, experience the transformative power of Sound Healing, as soothing vibrations envelop you, harmonizing your energy and restoring balance within.
