You’ll be welcomed at the , where the experience begins by gently stepping out of the outside world. Trade your phone for a pair of slippers and receive your own key card to the penthouse - your home for the next 90 minutes. From the moment you arrive, the invitation is simple: slow down.
The experience opens with grounding breathwork to help you arrive fully in your body, regulate your nervous system, and settle into a sense of safety and presence. From there, you’ll be guided into a carefully curated soundscape, weaving together nature sounds, ambient music, affirmations, gentle beats, and cinematic tones designed to support inward listening and reflection.
This is your journey to experience in the way you need most. You’re free to lie down, sit, move, journal, draw, complete a puzzle, or simply close your eyes and travel in your mind. Creative elements are offered as soft supports, never obligations. Silence is shared, not performed.
