Adam Rocha (San Antonio Film Festival Creator)
Adam Rocha received a film degree from UT Austin. He teaches cinema at John Marshall High School in NISD. He is also the founder and Executive Director of the San Antonio Film Festival. Received NALIP (National Association of Latino Independent Producers) Achievement in Cinema award in 2002.
Aaron Lee Lopez (Mutt Productions )
Aaron Lee Lopez founded Mutt Productions in 2004 after gaining much experience in Hollywood, while on some of the biggest blockbuster movies and television shows produced in the Entertainment Business. Mutt Productions continues to work in San Antonio and Austin, in order to help grow and expand the local film industry.
Manuel Diotte ( The Ferrari Kid)
Manny was seven years old when the doctors first cut him open, but little did he know he would have surgery at least once a year - sometimes more - for the next several years of his life. After 59 operations, 3 & 1/2 years in and out of hospitals, two years of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, heās blessed to beat the tough odds against him. The result left scars both inside and out, and like so many other kids, much pain.
In 1987, Manny went to Beverly Hills in California to see Dr. Timothy Miller, Michael Jacksonās plastic surgeon, which was paid for by the Air Force due to his fatherās 23 years of service. When he arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport, he saw a Ferrari 328, and asked the owner if I could take a picture next to the car, which forever changed him. At that moment, he felt like a rock star, a real celebrity! The driver let Manny sit in it, and over 20 years later, he still has never forgotten that experience.
Shawn "SuperMex" Hernandez
Shawn Hernandez, also known as "Super Mex", is an American professional wrestler, primarily recognized for his time in Impact Wrestling (formerly TNA). He is of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent and has achieved success as a seven-time world tag team champion. Shawn owns the San Antonio Style Wrestling School and is an accomplished Instructor teaching the next generation of Professional Wrestlers.
Lisa Olvera (Celebrity Manager, Producer, Event Organizer)
Lisa was born in New Braunfels,Tx and has traveled the world organizing events for the public. She is a manager for multiple celebrities handling shows and travels setting up events for the public to meet and interact with these stars from the Film,Music, and other industries. Lisa is also an Music and Film Producer with multiple credits to her name. Lisa has organized many charities and benefits for children and people needing assistence. Lisa is an inspiration to many and heavily involved in her Church as well.
Daniel "Danny" Ramos
Daniel "Danny" Ramos is a multi-award winning independent Director/Producer, born and raised in San Antonio and lived in Los Angeles, California from 2000-2013, Daniel is a member of the respected Directors Guild of America, Inc. (DGA) since 1995 and Screen Actors Guild (SAG/AFTRA) since 1993, just joined the Location Manager Guild International (LMGI) and has been in the Entertainment Industry for over 38 years.
After attending San Antonio College where he majored in Radio, Television & Film Production, Daniel worked for Dick Clark Productions & ABC Television in 1988 "SeaWorld-Texas Grand Opening Celebrity Celebration" in the Cue Card Department and worked on a NY Lifetime Network show, "Attitudes Across America" as a Supervising Producer, later in his career he worked with Academy Award winning "Rocky" Director John G. Avildsen on a studio picture for New Line Cinema titled: "8 Seconds'" starring Luke Perry and Stephen Baldwin in 1994, where he was John G. Avildsen's Assistant to the Director and had a Role as a Bartender filmed in San Antonio. He then had the opportunity to work on a Walt Disney Studio Picture "The Big Green" starring Steve Guttenberg and Olivia d'Abo in 1995 as a DGA 2nd Unit Second AD filmed in Austin, Texas and Warner Brothers Picture, "Selena" starring Jennifer Lopez and Edward James Olmos in 1996 as a DGA 2nd 2nd Assistant Director and a Location Scout that filmed in San Antonio and continues to work as a 1st & 2nd assistant director on over hundreds of national/regional TV commercials, music videos and documentaries nationally and Internationally.
Daniel has also Co-Produced & Associate Produced a few Independent Feature Films: "Colossal Youth" starring Riker Lynch, "Mexican Gangster 2: Venganza" starring Damian Chapa and a new upcoming Rom-Com titled, "Say A Little Prayer" starring Songwriter/Actor, Despacito sensation Luis Fonsi and Actress Vannessa Vasquez, co-starring Chris Kattan, Angelica Maria and Pepe Serna, coming soon Thankgiving Weekend 2024 at AMC Theatres Nationwide. Daniel Ramos is the Owner/CEO and Executive Producer of Drop Zone Films, LLC an Independent Production company since 2007.
