Learn how to make art in a whole new way at this hands-on lino printing workshop. It's the perfect chance to switch off and get stuck into a rewarding new craft.
Your teacher will provide all the necessary resources and materials, including a selection of ink colours and card. You'll begin by discovering the basics of this classic art form as you're introduced to the professional tools and techniques used to create a striking print.
During the session, you'll draw your own unique design, carve your block, and select your favourite ink colours before printing your artwork onto high-quality card. It's a low-pressure environment where you're encouraged to play with different effects. By the end of the class, you'll have produced three or more of your own handmade A4 prints.
You don't need any prior experience to join in – this is 100% beginner-friendly and focused on having fun while you learn. You'll leave the session with a sense of creative renewal and a beautiful set of custom prints to display at home.
