Linking Individuals Needing Care (LINC): Care Coordination Training is a skills-based training that teaches professionals suicide risk identification skills, rapport-building strategies, continuity of care strategies, and steps for collaborating with helping professionals to strengthen systems of care to keep individuals who are considering suicide safe.
This training goes over the FL LEADS Project Care Coordination and intensive follow-up model. This is a 7-hour training for care coordinators, case managers, peer specialists, and health and mental health professionals.
CEUs available to those licensed with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling: Provider Number 50-12347, exp. 3/31/2025.
This class is FREE and limited to 30 participants. A Zoom link will be provided to the confirmed list 24 hours prior to the training.
Please note: This training works best when each participant attends on their own individual device.
