About this Event
This is a 2 deal fitness and fun bundle consisting of :
Hula Hooping Class and Thamesmead Tornadoes Soul Line Dance Class
Camouflage Cafe at 6pm -8.15pm.
Join us for a fun-filled evening of movement to get you back to fitness with weighted hula hooping, and line dancing, where you can learn new moves, meet new people, and get fit.
No experience required, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
- Learn Hula Hoop skills to pumping tunes
- Routines to soul-inspired Country songs.

- Mixed abilities welcome
- Families can attend the hula hooping class but ages 12+ for line dancing
