What folks call “swing dancing” originated in Harlem in the 1920s as the Lindy Hop. Learn this Black American partner dance that expresses music in creative ways.Footwork patterns and Lead/Follow combinations will build on previous weeks’ skills. Couples and singles are welcome. Participants change partners frequently during lessons. Five-week series: begins April 2 and ends April 30.
Progressive lessons: Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
$40/person for the series of 5 classes
