About this Event
The Lift Club is a coached strength-training class where you’ll learn how to perform a variety of lifts (exercises) while still enjoying a great full-body workout. It is a structured strength session led by Big Sam and Holly Jordas, who will be coaching the class on the day. Both are highly experienced personal trainers and fitness instructors, and they’ll ensure everyone is supported throughout the session. The workout is accompanied by great music and positive energy from the team!
So whether you’re new to the gym or have been training for some time, the session is designed to adapt to different ability levels and provide an appropriate challenge for everyone.
