This one's different.
This isn't just another training block.
The Summer Project is 6 weeks of intentional work, designed to help you build consistency, take control of your habits, and come out the other side stronger, leaner, and sharper than when you went in.
The results are a byproduct. The process is the point.
What's included
- Coached sessions = progressive, purposeful, structured week to week
- Guided nutrition = not a meal plan. The tools and knowledge to make better choices yourself
- Accountability = on what you do between sessions too, not just inside them
- Weekly Strava run challenge = 2 to 5k per week, your pace, your time, building progressively
- Midway Hear Me Out session=— halfway through we sit down together and talk metabolism, macros, movement and more so you finish the block stronger than you started
- Final week celebration = we finish together and recognise every win along the way

- You'll receive a welcome email with everything you need class times, WhatsApp community link, Strava club link, run progressions and initial nutrition guidance
- Show up. Do the work. Trust the process.
Spots are limited. This is a coached, community experience . Drop ins are still available of course for those who can only make a few sessions but if you can do 4 out of 6 i'd say commit to the project
