About this Event
Our weekly sessions aim to support people with neurodiversity to manage big life transitions, build confidence, and improve emotional wellbeing through structured conversation, peer connection, and practical activities as a means for managing and improving wellbeing.
Workshops facilitated by Faisal (the lead practitioner at SEN Manny Mentor) will be accessible for beginners as well as different languages and literacy levels. Workshops will provide opportunities for residents to connect with others, safely reflect on their experiences, build confidence, and develop practical tools for managing wellbeing through guided discussion, games, and interactive activities.
In this collaboration, SEN Manny Mentor will facilitate a session to create a welcoming,
positive and informative atmosphere. The aim of the session is to support Southwark
residents to improve wellbeing, confidence, and social connection in a supportive group
setting.
Each workshop will be 1 hour long, online only with 3 - 4 attendees. You are welcome to attend one session, book multiple or drop-in as you need. A link will be sent after booking on Eventbrite.
