A celebration of the menopausal journey!
About this Event

Menopause is not all doom and gloom. For too long, the menopausal transition has been shrouded in secrecy, leaving many ashamed and embarrassed about seeking and extending support.

Well, that outdated mindset has shifted.

We are embracing the wholeness and expansiveness of the menopausal journey through awareness, education, celebration, and liberation.

We're re-imagining age-old mindsets in new bold ways. This is for people experiencing perimenopause and post-menopause, people who aren't sure if they are in perimenopause, and people who want to support them. So pull up. Let's talk about, learn from one another, and celebrate this sacred right of passage.

If you're in your 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and beyond, and experiencing peri or post-menopause or if you're curious, this is for you. Bring your mama, sister, sista, aunty, or cousin and join Monique and Dixie, two menopausal women who met up during the pandemic to discuss work for a project. Without fail, at every weekly meeting, the conversation drifted to menopause, the symptoms each was experiencing, and the frustrations they felt about the lack of support, resources, equity, and community.

There will be panels, exhibitors, nourishing eats, swag, community, and a celebratory reception.
