About this Event
This course is designed for beginners as well as experienced life drawing artists. During a session, the models, which change weekly, will take short and long poses. This allows your eye to train in recognising movement and form, while also giving you enough time to study the model more closely.
In addition, each week will include a short excursion into different aspects of figurative drawing – be it anatomical issues, lighting, or the structure of the human figure.
Participants can join, drop out, or pause at any time: the individual sessions do not build on one another.
The course is led by Thorsten Gehrmann, who will be happy to support you with his many years of experience as a drawing teacher!
Materials:
- Please bring pencils, sharpeners, and erasers.
- Paper will be provided, but you can of course bring your own sketch book or preferred paper types.
