FULL MOON SOUND IMMERSION — LIBRA FULL MOONJoin us at Seed Yoga in Lake Charles for a deeply relaxing Full Moon Sound Immersion on Wednesday, April 1st from 6:00–7:30 PM under the balancing energy of the Libra Full Moon.
The full moon is traditionally a time for reflection, release, and restoring balance. Libra, the sign of harmony and equilibrium, invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and bring our body and mind back into alignment.
This 90-minute experience is designed especially for busy people who spend their days caring for others and rarely take time to reset their own nervous system.
The evening will begin with gentle restorative yoga, allowing the body to release tension and settle into stillness. From there, you will lie comfortably and be guided into deep relaxation through an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
The soothing vibrations of sound healing help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create a deep state of rest that many people find difficult to reach on their own.
