The organization of the second Edition of the Side-event of ROJALNU and the Association of Patriotic Volunteers of Shaanxi (IPPP) at the United Nations headquarters will respond to the concern for strengthening the partnership and taking into account Resolute -tion 2250 and 2419 on youth, peace and security of the United Nations which invites Heads of State and official delegations to facilitate the participation of young people and their organizations in national and international bodies, particularly during the meetings of the Nations United. In this sense, ROJALNU and IPPO will engage in advocacy with the member countries of the United Nations to not only facilitate the participation of actors but also and above all that the receiving States of these bodies facilitate the participation of actors in the same sense.
Therefore, ROJALNU has developed a strategic partnership with the Association of Patriotic Volunteers of Shaanxi (IPPO) based in China and member of the United Nations Civil So-ciety Conference (ECOSOC) in order to pool our actions.
ROJALNU, with its headquarters based in Burkina Faso and a Headquarters Agreement with the Government of Burkina Faso, will work under the technical support and supervi-sion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, and the supervision of the Ministry in charge youth and technical support in the USA from the Permanent Representation of Bur-kina Faso to the United Nations and the facilitation of the Liaison Office of ROJALNUBF-USA and JMAH/USA one of the partners of ROJALNU based in the USA.
Therefore, the Resident Representative of ROJALNU AFRICA will seek the support and faci-litation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation of Burkina Faso on specific technical questions and will take the guidance of the country headquarters. In addi-tion, ROJALNU will work in close collaboration with the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Em-ployment of Burkina Faso for strategic and priority orientations.
The Shaanxi Patriotic Volunteers Association (IPPO) will seek support from Chinese authori-ties and strategic partners.
