“We need to talk about…” is a series of events offered by the University of Dundee in the Kirkcaldy campus, that aims to address some of the stigma relating to common mental and physical health issues affecting the local community.
“We want to bring people together, tap into that sense of goodwill and emphasise the positives of living here. Coming together gives us an opportunity to celebrate all that is good about our community, highlight all that is good about living and working and here, and collectively improve our mental health.”
