A grounded space to talk about the real things—relationships, burnout, boundaries, ambition, motherhood & more.
About this Event

There are so many conversations we carry quietly.

The doubts. The resentment. The ambition. The marriage tension. The identity shifts. The burnout. The desire for more. The questions about who we’re becoming.

This is a space to talk about the real things.

Each month, we gather in West Seattle for a grounded, welcoming women’s circle designed for honest conversation and meaningful connection. This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s not surface-level small talk.

It’s a structured but spacious container where you can:
• Reflect on what’s coming up in your life
• Share (if you’d like) in a confidential group setting
• Be witnessed without fixing or advice-giving
• Hear other women say the things you thought only you were thinking

You can expect:
– A brief guided opening to settle in
– Light facilitation and optional prompts
– Intentional sharing space
– A respectful, supportive group dynamic

Come as you are. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be in crisis. You just need to be willing to show up honestly.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate.

About Krystal

Krystal Praast is a West Seattle resident, facilitator, and founder of TIDES, a menstrual cycle education and women’s empowerment platform. With a background in HR and People Operations, she understands how much women hold—at work, at home, and in their inner lives.

After years in the corporate world (and as a former Division 1 track athlete), Krystal now creates structured, intentional spaces where women can slow down, reflect, and speak honestly about what’s real. Her approach blends grounded facilitation with emotional intelligence and deep respect for each woman’s lived experience.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when women are given safe, well-held spaces to tell the truth about their lives, everything changes.
