During this time:
The current and new (August 2024) T visa regulations are so important to grasp and are very telling when it comes to using them in your screening, your case plan, your strategy for RFE responses and so much more. Please join us for a lively discussion and bring your questions in this unrecorded Zoom session. Each time we look at the new regulations our creative minds find more opportunities for using the law to the humanitarian extent it was designed for, and of course, we also have more questions. In each session we will cover new material, so please join us for all our sessions on this topic and sign up your team as well!
- Discussion of key points in the new T visa regulation
- Ideas about commentary in the T visa regulation publication that is useful to crafting legal arguments and responding to RFEs
- Use of the new T regulation to help people who have entered or re-entered the US after being trafficked
- Age out issues
- Quirks and Questions and Answers!
In each session our speaker will share insights and also draw from the questions asked to zero in (and screen share where needed) on key regulatory changes or clarifications that will help you and your team use the law to change lives for the better!
For this event, it’s okay for lawyers and their paralegals to attend.
