LEO HALL When a seventeen-year-old Leo told his family and friends that he was going to get up onstage at one of the upcoming Wembley Stadium shows of his favourite band, Coldplay, and play with them, nobody could foresee that a few months later he would do just that. Since that moment, he’s been aspiring to get back on that exact stage - but this time with his own songs.
Having grown up in North London, Leo began playing and writing music from an early age and found his passion for it during school. His first performances outside of school came in the form of various pub gigs and parties with a cover band, named “Fudge” and made up of his friends, that became a hit with the local area.
Inspired by the likes of The Beatles, Queen and more recently FINNEAS, Billie Eilish, Lizzy McAlpine and other artists of his generation, Leo released his second single, Strawberry Sun, on the 7th June. Written and recorded entirely in his university dorm room, this is a catchy and dream-like song inspired by the likes of Etta James and Teddy Swims.
