Join us for a face-to-face volunteer meeting where we’ll hear from Liz Cronin, CAFOD’s Climate and Policy Lead, as she shares insights from her recent trip to Brazil, Belém for the COP 30 Conference.
We’ll we will start preparing for our Lent Fast Day appeal, which will be focusing on inspiring work in countries hit hardest by climate change, including Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, and Sudan. From floating gardens that resist floods to solar-powered water pumps that combat drought, discover how communities are finding innovative, sustainable solutions.
Let’s celebrate the good news stories from our local parish communities and across the diocese during this Jubilee Year. Together, we are building a better world!
