About this Event
Before the walk, I'll send you a link to join the Leaves Whatsapp group so I can keep track of who is attending and make sure we're all together to set off! I'll be at the bike parking by Finsbury Park station by 10:20am, and will send you a photo of me and where I am so you can find me =) we'll then aim to set off by 10:40am at the latest (message if you're running late and we'll wait!). The walk will last about 2 hours, depending on our pace.
We will walk through Finsbury Park, along the New River and round the East and West reservoirs. Part of this walk is a nature reserve, so we'll stop to take a look at the wildlife and to enjoy the scenery. There are often cormorants, herons, swans and a variety of other birds to sight.
The walk is very flat, and if it's rained a lot, could be a bit muddy. As always, we'll go ahead whatever the weather!
