Learn to crochet

The Tiger Community Hub is about supporting mental health & wellbeing through a range of activities.

We are taking to the community to bring this series of Learn to Crochet classes in West Bridgford.

Trent Bridge Care Home is a lovely venue with comfortable seating in a bright and airy room. There is parking onsite and easy access on the bus as it is opposite the Cricket Ground on Bridgford Road.

Have you wanted to learn how to crochet but struggled to get started?

Toni can help.

Starting with holding your hook and yarn, taking you through first stitches to help you get your flow.

Toni teaches you how she was first taught. Starting with a cotton dishcloth - after all holes are useful in a dishcloth so it's very forgiving!

Then you move on to a granny square, a great start to a range of crochet projects.

Learn at your own pace with lots of support to build your confidence.

We are fully accessible.

This workshop is offered at £30 per session (including booking fee).
