About this Event
This free community session is a fun way to build bodyweight strength, learn new skills, and connect with like-minded people! If you've ever been interested in coming to a calisthenics meet up but have been intimidated or nervous to go, this is the perfect space for you!
π€Έπ½ββοΈ What to Expect
This session is broken up into 2 parts - you are welcome to attend just 1 or both!
9:30-10am: Handstand conditioning for people who are already able to kick up to a handstand and know how to confidently bail.
10-11am: A push/pull calisthenics session that is more than just sets and reps! Your coach is all about giving you tips that you can take into your own training! This part is open for beginners to advanced, there are regressions and progressions for everyone.
