Step into the groove and let your body move freely at SOMA Ecstatic Dance — a night of music, movement, and soulful connection.

This is an invitation to return to your body through intuitive dance in a space with no choreography, no judgement, and no pressure — just you, the music, and the freedom to express what’s alive within you.

Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, release, awaken, and meet high-vibe people in a warm and welcoming community.

Come exactly as you are… and get ready to dance your heart out.

We’ll begin the evening together with a ceremonial welcome, cacao, and intention setting.

From there, we’ll guide you through gentle yogic breath and somatic movement to help you drop into your body and attune to what wants to move.

Then the journey unfolds…

DJ CARL will be live mixing a 90 min soundscape of eclectic, global beats — spanning psytrance, house, tribal rhythms, heart-opening lyrical tracks and much more — all designed to take you through the full spectrum of emotion and to find all your edges.

The music will be amplified with live instruments including:

• African drumming
• Didgeridoo
• Gongs

SOMA is a safe space for deep self-expression, release, and healing. Ecstatic dance can be profoundly cathartic, and SOMA facilitators will be there to hold space for your journey.

All attendees receive a complimentary Lovers Potion — a delicious adaptogenic elixir supporting energy, clarity and connection on the dance floor.

• This is a sober event — please refrain from drugs and alcohol
• Doors open at 6:30PM for a 6:45PM start. Doors will be locked at 7:00pm when the dance begins
