BBC – Be Better Club: Monthly Wellness for Your Best Self!
Welcome to the BBC - Be Better Club, a community-driven wellness initiative brought to life by Trent Knox (Bondi's 440 Run Club), Gez Beatty (Nimbus Co. Bondi), and Gabriel Nabuco (Oakberry).
Together, we’ve created BBC to engage, educate, inspire and empower you to be your best self, one month at a time.
Join us on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 7:00am–9:30am - (Saturday 21st March).
Spaces are limited to 50 participants. Secure your spot now!
Cost: Free! Your only investment is your time and commitment to yourself.

Schedule:
- 7am - Run: Meet at Bronte Beach for the iconic run with Trent
- 7:30am - Arrive at Nimbus. (For those not running meet us at Nimbus at 7.30am)
- 7.45am - Nimbus - Keynote Speaker: Angela Baker, CEO, Dru Yoga Australia. Followed by a 30 minute Dru yoga class with Q&A afterwards. Discover the empowerment of body and mind through the unique process of Dru’s Energy Block Release, a simple sequence that works to release tension caught in the fascia, spine, mind and bring joy to your heart. (Dru Yoga is an accessible, flowing yoga that utilises the subtle power of movement, breath and focus to tap into the simple truths of life - joy, aspiration and care).
- 8.30am - Sauna & Ice Bath experience
- 9.30am - Conclusion
Complimentary Oakberry Acai Smoothie can for all participants.
What to bring: BYO Mat for yoga, swimmers for sauna and ice bath, towel and drink bottle.
