About this Event
Feeling overwhelmed by your leadership role?
Whether you're highly experienced or new to leadership, overwhelm is a clear sign that inner peace is calling you. Once you learn how to listen to the quiet power within, you can lead with a calm confidence, rather than competition or control.
For too long we've believed that success demands cutthroat strategies. But now, more of us are awakening to the truth: this approach leads to burnout and unnecessary social inequalities.
Thankfully there's another way.
Inner peace is not elusive—it's abundantly available. When we choose to prioritize peace and lead from a place of inner ease, remarkable changes occur.
But how? What does peaceful leadership look like? Is it too passive?
Join us in a transformative workshop led by a meditation expert with over 25 years of experience. We'll practice guided, secular meditations to help you contact inner peace, and then discuss strategies for how to implement peace into your life and leadership.
This workshop is ideal if:
- You're ready to shift from authoritative leadership to decision-making rooted in peace
- You're a student or recent grad who is fed up with old leadership models and you aspire to become a peaceful, impactful leader
- You define yourself as a leader and want more peace in your life, eg educators and independent artists are welcome in this workshop too!
Ready to embark on this journey? Join us to learn how to unlock the transformative potential of inner peace in leadership.
