🇳🇬 A Night in Lagos
A special edition of Le Jardin Supper Club at Verdure Kitchen & Cocktails.
Lagos does not do things quietly. It layers — rhythm over sound over heat over flavor — and that it's exactly what we're here to celebrate. This May, Chef Jean-Louis Sangaré turns his attention to Nigeria's capital, composing a five-course prix fixe menu rooted in its cuisine: vivid, considered, and exciting.
The evening takes place within our garden oasis, steps from Piedmont Park. As each course arrives, Chef Sangaré shares the story behind the dish — the ingredients, the tradition, the thinking that shaped it — before live saxophone or guitar carries the room forward. Wine and cocktail pairings are available as an add-on alongside the menu.
If the flavors of Lagos are already part of your story, you'll find something familiar and something new. If they aren't, this is a considered introduction and an evening that will surely transport you somewhere.
