L.D.N. Run club !
Come join us for a fun and warm run club with @esawkinsfitness! Get your trainers on and get ready for a chatty 5km run with other lovely people round Wandsworth Common. This event is perfect for anyone looking to get some exercise, or start exercising again, have a laugh and meet new friends with zero pressure. Please follow @l.d.n.run on insta for updates and any q's please dm me :). Our pace is usually between 32-35 minute 5KM.
Meet by The Althorpe pub by Wandsworth Common (what3words: ///hello.stream.sport) SW17 7EB.Timings: 10:00 Meet, 10:10 Warm Up, 10:15 5KM Run, head to the cafe for a drink and snack afterwards! I will have my car so you can put your belongings in there if you wish.
