This is it — our final Fill the MV Big Flea donation event before the big sale! If you’ve been meaning to clear out closets, garages, or storage spaces, now is the time. The MV Big Flea only happens because of generous community donations like yours.
Join us on Saturday, April 11 from 10 AM – 4 PM and help us Fill the MV Big Flea with amazing treasures for the community sale.

2525 Mount Vernon Ave., Alexandria, VA
Two blocks north of Pat Miller Square and across the street from Mount Vernon Community School
Every item donated helps raise money that directly supports free tutoring for Mount Vernon elementary students and helps offset the cost of afterschool programs, ensuring more students have access to academic support and enrichment opportunities.
### Why Your Donation Matters
The MV Big Flea Community Sale on April 25 is one of Del Ray’s favorite neighborhood events, but it only happens with donations from our community. Your gently used treasures become incredible finds for shoppers — and critical funding for local students.
### What to Donate
We’re looking for high-quality, gently used items, including:
• Furniture and home décor
• Kitchenware and small appliances
• Artwork and mirrors
• Toys, games, and puzzles
• Sporting equipment
• Tools and garden items
• Holiday decorations
• Jewelry and accessories
• Vintage and unique treasures
🚫 Items not accepted: books, stuffed animals, heavy furniture, or textiles.
### Can’t Transport Large Items?
