Landscape Institute breakfast: Invite only
How do we maximise value from development?
Join us at the Landscape Institute (LI) Pavillion for a small, invite-only breakfast on Wednesday 20th May from 8am – 9am to discuss how the LI can help you maximise value for housing development projects. With a number of Government targets and environment, social and economic challenges facing developers, the LI will provide an overview of recent public polling results about housing developments and set out the value landscape-led approaches add. The polling results are being launched at our panel session immediately after the breakfast.
A landscape-led approach:
- Reduces planning and consents risk
- Supports ESG criteria (climate resilience / social value / long-term stewardship strategies)
- Increases asset value through high-quality public realm and landscape design
- Creates places that provide what people want
