Join us for a fun, free event celebrating women where you can meet fellow Grand Valley runners and enjoy shopping discounts to gear up for 2026 running adventures!
We will kick off the evening with a social run your pace, your distance, starting at 6:00pm.
More details:
- Check in from 5:30-6:00pm and learn more about running gear and the latest technologies in footwear. Experts from GHO will answer questions about gear for road running and trail running including information on appropriate shoe styles for your running goals and proper sports bra fit.
We are working on getting a few brands to come out and demo shoes, stay tuned!
- Shoe drive for girls participating in Girls on the Run programs in the Valley. Shoes will be donated to at risk/girls in need.
- BIG raffle giveaways
- Post run drinks and snacks!
- Come early or stick around for special shopping discounts, gear up for the season!
- Looking to get into trail running? Coaches from L2S will be at the event to answer questions about our programs.
Life's 2 Short Fitness is hosting a women's training group this spring with weekly coached runs for all levels with the option to train for a summer race with the group.

More about Girls on the Run:
inspires participants of allabilities to recognize their individual strengths while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable participants to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
