What to expect:

• Stretch and warm-up
• Learn basic bachata technique
• Dance through a fun mini choreo
• Meet the team & feel the vibe!

🔥 Two Teams Available:

• Level 1: Perfect if you’re new to Bachata
• Intermediate: For dancers ready to level up technique & stage presence

No experience required (beginners welcome!)Dance background in any style is a plus.Performing is optional!

Where: Sol Hot Yoga & Movement, North Beach SFWhen: Tuesdays, 8–10 PM (Season starts Sept 9, 2025)Bring: Dance shoes/socks, comfy athletic wear, and water

MEET YOUR DIRECTOR: Allison McKay

Hello earth angels, I'm Allison! I discovered bachata 7 years ago and quickly joined my first performance team. That decision changed everything. I had an instant community full of caring humans, connections all over the world, and was traveleing to perform all over the country. Annnnnd I've been performing ever since!

Bachata helped me to tap into my feminine & sensual expression, something that otherwise probably would've remained dormant inside of me for my whole life. Learning how to move my body with intention and getting up on stage to perform has been the biggest confidence boost in my life. I'm so grateful that I found my way to my first bachata ladies team, and I hope that you come try it out! You never know, it could change your life (;
