In collaboration with La Casa de Esperanza, WHEDA, and AREAA Greater Milwaukee, HWCC is excited to present “Your Path to Home Ownership.” This program is designed to educate and assist individuals and families in qualifying for grants for home purchases in HUD-designated areas.To be eligible for grant opportunities, participants must attend two classes (totaling six hours) and complete a one-on-one counseling session.
Whether you’re buying your first home or just need a refresher, these expert-led workshops will give you the tools to make smart, informed decisions.
Participants will:
-Learn the home-buying process
-Earn a home buyer certificate
-Learn about home buyer grants
-Hear from home-buying professionals like realtors, lenders, home inspectors, and more
To be eligible for grants, participants must attend the full workshop and then complete one-on-one counseling sessions to be HUD-certified.
This event is brought to you in partnership with Cia Siab Inc. and supported by our statewide partners. Participants will receive trusted education, resources, and guidance on the path to homeownership.
