Qi means “vital energy,” while gong refers to its cultivation.Led by Qigong instructor Bernice Olson-Pollack at Burns Park* for this adult class featuring gentle, flowing exercises designed to improve joint mobility, balance, and posture—while calming the mind. Comfortable clothes and a yoga mat are recommended.
*In case of inclement weather, the program will be held in the Library Auditorium.
